”Brooke” taken at The Carolina & Spa – Pinehurst Resort
Wiselyn Photography was invited to attend The American Convention at The Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago this evening put on by GraphiStudio’s album company. There were several guest speakers throughout the evening that included Scott Kurkian from PPA & featured speakers Yervant & Anie Zanazanian from Yervant Photography to just name a few. Invited attendees were asked to submit one image to be exhibited at The Museum of Contemporary Art. It was truly an honor to have one of Wiselyn Photography’s Signature 2010 Wedding images exhibited in one of the top museums in the country.
Brooke & Weston’s beautiful wedding ceremony and reception took place at the historical Boyd’s house located at the Weymouth in Southern Pines. The day started out at The Pinehurst Resort & Spa, which they did an amazing job getting Brooke ready for the day. The weather was perfect for this mid-summer outdoor wedding. It’s been an amazing journey over the past year documenting their love story. Enjoy the preview.
[Part 2] We met up with Brooke earlier this year at The Spa at the Pinehurst Resort for one of the most stunning Signature Bridal Session’s we have photographed to date. The first part of this session was featured before the wedding without the bridal images. The bridal session started on the grounds taking full advantage of the natural lighting and then we continued onto The Carolina Hotel & finished up at the world famous Pinehurst #2 golf course.

We were so excited when Jenna’s mother contacted us last month to inform us that Jenna had won Miss UNC Pembroke this past February. Jenna is always a lot of fun to photography and we wish her all the best… as she will be competing for Miss North Carolina later this year.

It’s so much fun when were able to attend the hair and make-up test day as we did with Brooke at The Spa At Pinehurst. The Spa At Pinehurst is known for it’s world class services and today was no different. The word stunning doesn’t even come close to the look they created for Brooke. With the hair and make-up part of the day out of the way. We went over to The Carolina Hotel & Pinehurst #2 golf course for an amazing photography session. Please enjoy the sneak peak of the first part of the day with Brooke. The Signature Bridal Session won’t be released until after her wedding in May.
These hot pink shoes are the only sneak peak your going to get of the bridal session.

We were so delighted when we learned earlier this year that we would be returning to The Village Chapel in Pinehurst, NC to photograph Martha’s & Justin’s wedding. Martha was radiant in her dress throughout the day as we had to contend with light rain showers. Their beautiful reception was held at the historical Fair Barn, which was built by the Tufts family almost 100 years ago. The catering was masterfully done by Elliotts on Linden. Chef Elliott’s skills are amazing down to the last details of presentation that was presented by his top notch staff throughout the evening.
