This past week Cynthia & I were invited out to Hunter Valley Farm – The Pavilion Open House in West Knoxville. The estate pavilion is beautifully landscaped and overlooks the lake. The estate grounds over several wedding ceremony locations and includes a sand beach and boat dock. Several of the best local Knoxville caters set up during the Open House event and provided guests with several samples of their signature dishes.
